Qualifications
  • We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher with an interest in Vascular Biology!
  • We welcome candidates from diverse research backgrounds.
  • Prior experience in Vascular Biology is highly desirable, but not required.
Potential research topics include:
  • Lipid droplet metabolism in vascular cells (eg. Endothelial or Smooth Muscle Cells)
  • Metabolism in vascular diseases (eg. Atherosclerosis, Hypertension, Aortic Dissection, Lymphatic Dysfunction, etc)

Graduate students
We are accepting rotation students!

Undergraduate students

Required:
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm to learn research?
    • Our undergrad students read papers, participate in journal club discussions, and present their dataset in lab meetings. 
  • Aspiration to pursue an academic career (PhD or MD-PhD) in the future?
  • Minimum commitment of 2 years?
  • Minimum of 12 hrs/week commitment if interested in work-study or volunteering?
  • Minimum of 15 hrs/week commitment if interested in course credit research (Biol395, Biol495)?
Preferred:
  • Interest in taking a gap year after graduating?
  • Availability to work during the Summer?​
